浅析情商与智商因素的差异性及辩证关系
Analysis of the Differences and Dialectical Relationships between Emotional Intelligence and Intelligence Factors
摘要: 当今时代，智商与情商之间的关系远比人们所认知的要更加紧密。智商是一个人成功与否的重要因素，而情商则是一种可培养的非理性能力。新时代的年轻人应正确理解和分析智商与情商之间的差异性及辩证关系，不断提高自己的情商，全面发展自己，成为高素质的人才。
Abstract:
In today’s era, the relationship between intelligence and emotional intelligence is much closer than people realize. Intelligence is an important factor in a person’s success, while emotional intelligence is a cultivable irrational ability. Young people in the new era should correctly understand and analyze the differ-ences and dialectical relationship between intelligence and emotional intelligence, continuously improve their emotional intelligence, comprehensively develop themselves, and become high-quality talents.
