基于CiteSpace的我国养老第三支柱研究进展与热点的可视化分析

A Visual Analysis of the Research Progress and Hotspots of the Third Pillar of Pension in China Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 我国人口老龄化进入加速阶段，养老金的可持续性、人民高质量养老生活的需求等问题逐渐显现出来，第三支柱个人养老金制度逐渐成为应对人口老龄化社会的热点研究领域。文章从中国知网数据库中选取了关于第三支柱个人养老金制度的649篇文献，通过CiteSpace软件，实现了可视化研究分析。研究表明：1) 近年来，第三支柱个人养老金制度的关注度在学界中不断上升；2) 学者对第三支柱个人养老金制度领域的发文合作较少，机构之间的合作也较少；3) 未来关于第三支柱的建设中，基金业、银行业等方面的也将成为个人养老金制度的研究方向。

Abstract: As China’s population aging enters an accelerated stage, issues such as the sustainability of pensions and people’s demand for high-quality retirement life gradually emerge, and the third pillar personal pension system gradually becomes a hot research area to cope with the aging population society. The article selected 649 papers on the third pillar personal pension system from China Knowledge Network database, and realized the visual research analysis through Citespace soft-ware. The study shows that: 1) in recent years, the attention of the third pillar personal pension system has been rising in the academic community; 2) scholars have less cooperation in publishing articles in the field of the third pillar personal pension system and less cooperation among institutions; 3) in the future about the construction of the third pillar, the fund industry and the banking industry will also become the research direction of the personal pension system.
