转向架构架热喷涂技术应用研究

摘要: 转向架是轨道车辆的走行部,是轨道车辆最核心的部件之一。构架作为转向架的骨架,联系转向架各组成部分和传递各方向的力,是转向架的关键承载部件,也是其他零部件的安装基础。目前转向架构架主要使用碳钢板材焊接而成,在一些车型的构架设计中,将构架内腔作为附加气室,与空气弹簧连通,以保障车辆运行过程舒适性。由于受外界气源影响,随着运营时间的推移,构架内腔会出现锈蚀现象。本文结合构架制造工艺流程,阐述了采用热喷涂技术,对构架内腔进行防腐的工艺方法及参数。
Abstract: Bogie is the running part of rail vehicles and is one of the core components of rail vehicles. The frame, as the skeleton of the bogie, is the key load-bearing part of the bogie and the basis for the in-stallation of other components, which connects the components of the bogie and transmits the forc-es in all directions. At present, the frame is welded with carbon steel plate. In the frame design of some vehicles, the bogie chamber is used as an additional air chamber, which is connected with the air spring to ensure the comfort of the vehicle. Due to the influence of external origin, with the pas-sage of operating time, the structure cavity will appear rust phenomenon. In this paper, based on the frame manufacturing process, the method and parameters of thermal spraying technology for anti-corrosion of the frame inner cavity are described.
