真实分娩事件对护生的冲击力分析及与其从业意愿的相关性研究
Analysis of the Impact of Real Delivery Events on Nursing Students and Its Correlation with Their Career Intention
摘要: 目的:探讨在产房真实分娩事件对护生产生的冲击力,分析其影响因素及其对护生未来从业意愿等相关性,为今后提高护生事件应对能力及职业认同等提供相关依据。方法:采用一般调查问卷、艾森克人格问卷、事件冲击量表对在我院产科实习的208名护生进行问卷调查,对学历、年龄、性别等不同特征各组同学在受到各相关事件刺激后的冲击程度采用非参数检验进行比较,并采用逐步回归分析影响护生事件冲击的因素。结果:不同性别、情绪类型的护生产生的冲击不同(p < 0.05),逐步回归分析显示性别、学历水平、情绪类型是护生分娩事件冲击量的主要影响因素(F = 12.810, p =0.000 < 0.001);事件冲击总分与在产房多增加实习时长的意愿(r = 0.200, p < 0.05)和将来从事助产工作意愿(r = 0.310, p < 0.05)之间呈相关,冲击越大,护生在助产专业的从业意愿越小。结论:产房分娩事件对护生具有一定冲击作用,并可能会降低今后相关工作从业意愿。护理管理者和教育者应对护生做好提前心理干预和事后心理疏导,提高男性护生在产房护理操作的参与性与积极性,对不同情绪类型护生提供相关实习后教育以及心理疏导等。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the impact of labor and delivery events on nursing students, to analyze the influencing factors and their rele-vance to nursing students’ future practice intentions, and to provide a relevant basis for future im-provement of nursing students’ incident response ability and professional identity. Methods: 208 nursing students in obstetrics practice in our hospital were investigated by event impact scale (IES). The impact degree of students in different groups with different characteristics such as educational background, age and gender was compared by nonparametric test, and the factors affecting the event impact of nursing students were analyzed by stepwise regression. Results: Nursing students of different genders and emotional types have different impacts (p < 0.05), gradually Regression analysis showed that gender, education level, and mood type were the main factors influencing the impact of events of nursing students (F = 12.810, p = 0.000 < 0.001). The total IES score was corre-lated with willingness to increase practice hours in the delivery room (r = 0.200, p < 0.05) and will-ingness to work in the operative technique of delivering a baby in normal labor (r = 0.310, p < 0.05). The greater the impact of the event on nursing students, the less nursing students are willing to practice in the midwifery profession. Conclusion: The delivery event has a certain impact on the nursing students. In order to reduce the impact of related events, nursing managers and teachers should do early psychological intervention and post-event psychological counseling for the nursing students, so as to increase the participation and enthusiasm of male nursing students in the nursing operation of the delivery room. Nursing students of different emotional types provide relevant post-internship education and psychological counseling.
