《论语》对高校图书馆勤工助学团队管理的启示——以武汉学院图书馆为例

The Enlightenment of The Analects on the Management of Work-Study Team in University Library—Taking the Library of Wuhan College as an Example

摘要: 文章以武汉学院图书馆为研究对象展开问卷调查，结合实际，分析勤工助学学生在读者服务部流通岗位工作存在的问题，并引入《论语》中“仁政”“爱人”“以人为本、因材施教”“举直错诸枉”等与教育管理相关的契合点进行深入分析，提出针对现阶段图书馆勤工助学团队管理问题的改进措施，以期为图书馆勤工助学团队建设提供发展新思路。

Abstract: Taking the library of Wuhan College as the research object, this research is carried out in the form of questionnaire survey based on the actual situation. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the problems of work-study students working in circulation positions in the Reader Service Department. At the same time, this research is integrated into The Analects about “benevolent governance”, “love”, “people-oriented, students according to their aptitude”, “promoting upright individuals to higher positions can correct dishonest individuals” and other educational management theories for in-depth analysis. According to the research results, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the management problems of the work-study team in the library at the present stage, hoping to provide new development ideas for the construction of the work-study team in the library.
