社区居家养老服务对老年人健康的影响
The Influence of Community Home-Based Elderly Care Services on the Health of the Elderly

摘要: 在2018年中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS)数据支持的基础上，样本老年人自评健康状况作为因变量，并将社区居家养老服务分为生活、心理及医疗服务三个自变量，研究社区居家养老服务对老年人健康的影响，为社区居家养老服务的发展方向提供建议。本文运用二元Logistic回归分析，实证分析三大类社区居家养老服务自变量对老年人自评健康状况的影响是否显著。回归分析结果表明，老年人生理因素中，年龄、居住地、婚姻状况、社会参与、生活满意度五个自变量对老年人自评健康状况具有显著影响。接受过社区居家养老服务中生活服务大类下的老年饭桌或送饭、心理服务大类下的上门探访、心理咨询三项服务的老年人自评健康状况更倾向于“健康”。
Abstract: Based on the data support of the 2018 China Elderly Social Tracking Survey (CLASS), the self-rated health status of the sample elderly was used as the dependent variable, and community home-based elderly care services were divided into three independent variables: life, psychology, and medical services. The impact of community home-based elderly care services on the health of the elderly was studied, providing suggestions for the development direction of community home-based elderly care services. This article uses binary logistic regression analysis to empirically analyze whether the independent variables of three major types of community home-based elderly care services have a significant impact on the self-rated health status of the elderly. The regression analysis results indicate that among the physiological factors of the elderly, age, place of residence, marital status, social participation, and life satisfaction have a significant impact on their self-evaluation of health status. Elderly people who have received elderly dining or meal delivery services under the community home care service category, as well as home visits and psychological counseling services under the psychological service category, tend to have a higher self-rated health status towards “healthy”.
