“互联网+”农村养老服务模式的发展：在新机遇中寻求新突破

The Development of “Internet+” Rural Old-Age Service Model: Seeking New Breakthroughs in New Opportunities

摘要: 随着人口老龄化的加剧，我国农村地区养老资源贫乏、供需不匹配、社会化养老服务水平低下的问题亟需解决，互联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术的快速发展和运用有助于解决农村养老服务发展中的难题。本文在尝试评估目前我国农村养老服务模式面临诸多问题的基础上，把握“互联网+”农村养老服务模式发展的新机遇，全面分析“互联网+”农村养老服务运行模式及现实困境，从养老服务平台优化、政府加强顶层设计、注重养老服务人才培养、鼓励社会力量参与等方面探索推进“互联网+”农村养老服务模式发展的思路举措。

Abstract: With the aggravation of population aging, the problems of poor pension resources, mismatch between supply and demand, and low level of socialized pension services in rural areas of China need to be solved urgently, the rapid development and application of the new generation of information technologies such as the Internet, big data, and artificial intelligence will help solve the problems in the development of rural elderly care services. On the basis of trying to evaluate the current problems faced by China’s rural old-age service model, this paper grasps the new opportunities for the development of “Internet+” rural old-age service model, and comprehensively analyzes the operation mode and practical difficulties of “Internet+” rural old-age service, and explores the ideas and measures to promote the development of “Internet+” rural old-age service model from the aspects of optimizing the old-age service platform, strengthening the top-level design of the government, paying attention to the cultivation of old-age service talents, and encouraging the participation of social forces.
