摘要: 静脉曲张是指静脉发生扭曲和扩张，最常见于下肢。该疾病具备家族易感性且与家族遗传史、瓣膜功能不全、以及静脉压的升高密切相关，其潜在并发症包括感染、腿部溃疡以及血栓形成。本文将综述包括下肢静脉曲张的病因学机制，临床表现，影像学检查及临床治疗手段。
Abstract: Varicose veins are twisted and dilated veins, most commonly found in the lower extremities. The disease has a familial predisposition and is associated with a family history of valvular insufficiency and increased venous pressure. Potential complications include infection, leg ulcers and thrombosis. This article will review the etiological mechanism, clinical manifestations, imaging examination and clinical treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.
