HW公司跨文化管理问题与研究对策
Research on the Intercultural Management Problems and Countermeasures of HW Company
摘要: 目的:通过研究企业文化管理以及在跨文化管理过程中遇到的问题,提出改善跨文化管理的相关建议,促进HW公司经营模式的转变,并为其他有跨文化发展的中资企业提供参考。方法:案例分析法,以HW公司为例,分析其跨文化管理过程中遇到的问题,并给出改进措施。结果:HW公司跨文化管理问题:市场营销力度不够,产品定位相对低端、海外并购屡次受阻,政治因素影响较大、跨文化团队建设压力大、专利权保护不够敏感。对策:坚持创新研发,深化品牌营销战略、调查收购背景,综合考量异国资源、加强建设跨文化管理团队、规范专利权保护制度。结论:HW公司跨文化管理问题,政治原因占很大比重,HW公司对此进行了大规模的调整,这对正在进行全球化战略转变的其他公司在解决跨文化冲突方面、促进文化融合方面有一定的借鉴作用。
Abstract:
Objective: By studying the corporate culture management and the problems encountered in the process of cross-cultural management, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve cross-cultural management, promotes the transformation of the business model of HW company, and provides reference for other Chinese-funded enterprises with cross-cultural development. Methods: Case analysis, taking HW company as an example, analyzed the problems encountered in its cross-cultural management process and gave the improvement measures. Results: Cross-cultural management problems of HW company: insufficient marketing, relatively low-end product positioning, repeated obstruction of overseas mergers and acquisitions, great political influence, great pressure on cross-cultural team building, and insensitive patent protection. Countermeasures: Persist in innovative research and development, deepen brand marketing strategy, investigate acquisition background, comprehensively consider foreign resources, strengthen the construction of cross-cultural management team, and standardize patent protec-tion system. Conclusion: Political reasons account for a large proportion of cross-cultural management problems in HW company, and HW company has made a large-scale adjustment to it, which can be used for reference for other companies undergoing globalization strategic trans-formation in solving cross-cultural conflicts and promoting cultural integration.
