基于数据挖掘分析治疗2型糖尿病中药专利复方的用药规律

摘要: 目的:运用数据挖掘技术,分析治疗2型糖尿病中药专利复方的用药规律。方法:检索国家知识产权官网中治疗2型糖尿病中药专利复方,按纳入标准对数据标准化处理后构建数据库,借助Excel、SPSS Moderler18.0、Cytoscape3.8.2和SPSS Statistics 25.0等软件进行数据的频次、性味、归经、关联规则及其网络图、系统聚类等大数据分析。结果:共获得治疗2型糖尿病的中药专利复方149首,涉及中药251味,频次统计分析得到黄芪、地黄、天花粉等30个高频中药,分析所有中药的性味归经得到:四气以寒、温、平为主,五味以甘、苦、辛为主,归经主要归肺、脾、肾经;对所有中药进行关联规则分析得到相关性较强的药物组合,并根据其结果绘制出关联网络图;对高频药进行聚类分析得到5类药物处方。结论:中药专利复方在治疗2型糖尿病时符合清热润燥、养阴生津的治则,同时辩证配伍兼以活血化瘀和益气健脾药,攻补兼施,为中医药治疗2型糖尿病提供新思路。
Abstract: Objective: To apply data mining technology to analyze the medication pattern of patent compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for type 2 diabetes. Methods: The patent prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of type 2 diabetes in the national intellectual property official website were retrieved, and the data were standardized according to the inclusion criteria. The database was constructed. The data frequency, taste, meridian orientation, association rules, network diagram, system clustering and other big data were analyzed with Excel, SPSS Moderler 18.0, Cytoscape 3.8.2, SPSS Statistics 25.0 and other software. Results: A total of 149 Chi-nese patent prescriptions for the treatment of type 2 diabetes were obtained, involving 251 Chinese herbs. The frequency statistical analysis showed that 30 high-frequency Chinese herbs, such as astragalus, rehmannia, and trichosanthin, were obtained. The analysis of the nature and taste of all Chinese herbs showed that the four qi were mainly cold, warm, and flat, and the five flavors were mainly sweet, bitter, and spicy, and the meridians were mainly lung, spleen, and kidney meridians; Perform association rule analysis on all traditional Chinese medicine to obtain drug combinations with strong correlation, and draw an association network diagram based on the results; Five kinds of drug prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs. Conclusion: When treating type 2 diabetes, the patent compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine con-forms to the therapeutic principle of clearing away heat and moistening dryness, nourishing yin and promoting fluid production. At the same time, the dialectical compatibility is combined with the drugs of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis, supplementing qi and strengthening spleen, which provides a new idea for the treatment of type 2 diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.
