乌鲁木齐市某中医院老年住院患者服务满意度影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Service Satisfaction of Elderly Inpatients in a Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Urumqi

摘要: 目的：对乌鲁木齐市某中医院入住老年患者服务满意度的影响因素进行研究，为乌鲁木齐市完善老年患者中医治疗服务提供参考依据和合理化建议。方法：在乌鲁木齐市某中医院采用随机抽样法抽取符合纳入标准的233名老人，使用问卷进行调查。采用Logistic回归、因子分析等统计方法进行分析。结果：从自身主观因素来看，教育程度较高的老人对中医院服务满意度较低，对服务提供要求较高；从客观因素来看，对中医院的服务利用便捷程度、医疗服务费用及配置情况、医疗服务质量与效果等因素呈正相关关系。结论：应充分考虑老人对现阶段中医院服务供给满意度的影响因素，以老人中医治疗、康复保健需求为发展导向，建立健全中医规范服务体系，提升医疗服务供给，完善长期护理保险制度，满足老人中医诊疗服务需求。

Abstract: Objective: To study the influencing factors of service satisfaction of elderly patients admitted to a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Urumqi, and to provide reference and reasonable suggestions for improving traditional Chinese medicine treatment services for elderly patients in Urumqi. Methods: A random sampling method was used to select 233 elderly people who met the inclusion criteria in a traditional Chinese medi-cine hospital in Urumqi, and a questionnaire was used for investigation. Logistic regression, factor analysis and other statistical methods were used for analysis. Results: From the perspective of their own subjective factors, the elderly with higher education level were less satisfied with the service of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital, and had higher requirements for service provision; from the perspective of objective factors, the convenience of using the services of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital, medical service costs and factors such as configuration, medical service quality and effect were positively correlated. Conclusion: The factors affecting the satisfaction of the elderly on the service supply of the TCM hospital at the current stage should be fully considered, and the TCM treatment and rehabilitation health needs of the elderly should be taken as the development orientation to establish and improve the TCM standard service system, improve the supply of med-ical services, and improve the long-term care insurance system to meet the needs of the elderly and the needs of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment services for the elderly.
