所得数据采用RevMan5.3结合Stata15.1软件进行meta分析。
Abstract: Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of dance movement therapy on depression in mild cognitive impairment. Methods: Six electronic literature databases were searched to retrieve eli-gible observational research: CNKI, VIP, Wan-fang, Cochrane library, PubMed, EMBASE, from the inception of the databases up to 18 April 2021. The meta-analyst software (RevMan5.3 and Stata15.1) was used to conduct the meta-analysis. Results: A total of 8 articles were included, with a total of 763 patients. Meta-analysis showed that dance movement therapy decreases depression in mild cognitive impairment (SMD = −0.74, 95% CI: −1.07~−0.40, P < 0.001). At the same time, subgroup analysis results showed that different countries [China (SMD = −0.86, 95% CI: −1.24~−0.40, P = 0.010), Asia (except China) (SMD = −1.07, 95% CI: −1.92~−0.21, P = 0.010)], total intervention duration [≤ 4 months (SMD = −0.90, 95% CI: −1.47~−0.33, P = 0.002), > 4 months (SMD = −0.76, 95% CI: −1.15~−0.83, P = 0.001)], dance movement therapy had statistical signifi-cance in reducing depression (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Dance movement therapy can significantly reduce depression in mild cognitive impairment.
