浅析网络舆论环境下公民隐私权问题

A Brief Analysis of the Privacy of Citizens in the Environment of Network Public Opinion

摘要: 网络技术的进步使网络普及率大幅提升，网民人数逐年增加并呈井喷之势，互联网已成为舆论主要阵地。在网络舆论环境下，公民网络隐私权保护问题引发公众思考。本文在厘清网络舆论及公民网络隐私权概念、特征基础上，探讨网络隐私侵权行为及存在的问题，最后提出保护网络隐私权的几点措施。

Abstract: The progress of network technology makes the network penetration rate increased significantly, the number of Internet users increased year by year and was a blowout trend, the Internet has become the main position of public opinion. In the environment of network public opinion, the protection of citizens’ online privacy rights has aroused public thinking. On the basis of clarifying the concept and characteristics of Internet public opinion and citizens’ Internet privacy right, this paper discusses the infringement behaviors and existing problems of Internet privacy, and finally puts forward several measures to protect Internet privacy right.
