项目施工阶段安全风险管理研究——以A高层小区为例

Study on Safety Risk Management during Project Construction Stage—A Case Study of A High Rise Residential Area

摘要: 随着中国人口的逐渐增多和节约城市建设用地，丰富城市面貌，改善城市环境和景观，导致城市高层房屋建筑逐渐增加，但是由于高层房屋建筑的特殊性，在施工的过程中安全问题成为了高层房屋建筑施工的主要问题。本文通过A小区高层房屋建筑项目施工阶段安全风险管理的研究，能够有效减少高层房屋建筑工程施工中安全隐患的发生，并对高层房屋建筑项目施工阶段安全存在的风险提出了相关解决措施。

Abstract: With the gradual increase of China’s population and the saving of urban construction land, enriching the urban landscape, and improving the urban environment and landscape, urban high-rise buildings are gradually increasing. However, due to the particularity of high-rise buildings, safety issues during the construction process have become the main issue in high-rise building construction. Through the research on safety risk management during the construction phase of high-rise building projects in Community A, this article can effectively reduce the occurrence of safety hazards in high-rise building construction, and propose relevant solutions to the safety risks during the construction phase of high-rise building projects.
