微助教辅助下思维导图 + 案例教学法在《生物化学》教学中的应用总结
A Summary of the Application of Mind Mapping and Case Teaching Method in “Biochemistry” Teaching with the Assistance of Micro-Teaching Assistant

摘要: 《生物化学》是一门重要但较难理解和记忆的课程。本研究以微助教为平台,将案例与思维导图相结合运用于生物化学教学活动中,设计了与《生物化学》课程知识相关的案例。引导学生以案例为媒介,以思维导图为工具,构建一个围绕“基础知识”、“拓展知识”、“相关科学研究”逐层展开的知识网络,形成一个完整的学习过程。研究结果表明,案例结合思维导图的教学法能够有效提高学生的生物化学核心知识掌握程度、创新能力和团队合作能力,同时也能激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,提升教师的教学水平和满意度。本研究为《生物化学》的教学改革提供了一种新的思路和方法。
Abstract: “Biochemistry” is an important but difficult course to understand and memorize. In order to improve the teaching and learning of “Biochemistry”, this work explores the use of medical cases and mind mapping in the teaching process based on the Micro-Teaching Assistant (a program based on WeChat App). The aim was to enhance students’ understanding of the core knowledge, their innovative ability and teamwork ability, as well as to stimulate their learning interest and teachers’ teaching initiative. Students were guided to construct their own knowledge networks using mind mapping as a tool, linking the “basic biochemistry knowledge”, “advanced biochemistry knowledge”, and “relevant scientific research application cases”. The results indicate that this teaching method was effective in improving students’ learning outcomes and satisfaction. This study contributes to the teaching reform of “Biochemistry” by providing a new idea and method.
