从《妇女权益保障法》看女性权益保障新进展

New Progress in Protecting Women’s Rights and Interests from the Perspective of “The Law on the Protection of Women’s Rights and Interests”

摘要: 2022年通过的《妇女权益保障法》(下称：新《妇保法》)使妇女权益保障事业迎来大变革，新《妇保法》涉及到理念更新与制度调整，立足国情实际，更加系统全面的保障妇女权益。同时也存在不足和欠缺，如结构体系漏洞，具体制度不够具体不够完善。因此，本文涉及到新《妇保法》的修改建议，如完善结构体系，细化制度设计，加强法律法规之间的衔接等内容，希望能为妇女权益保障事业添砖加瓦。

Abstract: The Law on the Protection of Women’s Rights and Interests (hereinafter referred to as the new Women’s Insurance Law) passed in 2022 has ushered in great changes in the protection of women’s rights and interests, and the new Women’s Insurance Law involves concept updates and system adjustments, based on the actual conditions of the country, and more systematically and comprehensively protects women’s rights and interests. At the same time, there are also inadequacy and deficiencies, such as loopholes in the structural system, and the specific system is not specific enough and not perfect. Therefore, this article touches on the amendments and suggestions of the new Women’s Insurance Law, such as improving the structural system, refining the system design, and strengthening the connection between laws and regulations, hoping to contribute to the cause of protecting women’s rights and interests.
