桂西地区群众院前急救能力现状调查及需求分析

Investigation and Demand Analysis of the Current Situation of pre Hospital Emergency Care Ability among the Masses in Western Guangxi

摘要: 目的：了解桂西地区群众院前急救知识和急救技能的现状、获取该方面信息的渠道、学习的意愿以及需求，为急救知识在桂西地区的普及提供决策参考。方法：采用便利抽样的方法于2022年10月至2023年3月期间对桂西地区403名群众进行自编急救能力现状与需求的问卷调查。结果：67.00%的调查对象或其家人未接触过急救知识的学习与急救技能培训，群众急救知识、技能、意识均有待提高。但超过90%以上的群众愿意参与急救知识的学习，并希望以讲座、互联网等形式进行心肺复苏等急救知识的普及。结论：对桂西地区群众普及急救知识与技能非常有必要，社会相关机构可多途径对群众进行针对性的宣传，提高其学习自主性，达到全民普及急救知识，全民互助的理想局面。

Abstract: Objective: To understand the status quo of pre-hospital first aid knowledge and first aid skills, channels to obtain information, willingness and needs of learning in western Guangxi, and provide decision-making reference for the popularization of first aid knowledge in western Guangxi. Method: A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a self-made questionnaire survey on the status quo and needs of first aid capabilities among 403 people in western Guangxi from October 2022 to March 2023. Results: 67.00% of the research object or their family members didn’t have the experience of learning first aid knowledge and skills, and the first aid knowledge, skills and awareness of the masses need to be improved. However, more than 90% of the people are willing to participate in the learning of first aid knowledge, and hope to popularize first aid knowledge such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation through lectures and the Internet. Conclusions: It is very necessary to popularize first aid knowledge and skills for the masses in western Guangxi. Social organizations can carry out targeted publicity to the masses through multiple channels, improve their learning autonomy, and achieve the ideal situation of popularizing first aid knowledge and mutual assistance among all people.
