基于“肝肾–天癸–冲任–胞宫轴”理论探讨当归六黄汤治疗更年期汗证

摘要: 更年期综合征是指女性在绝经前后发生的一组临床综合征，主要表现为月经紊乱、烘热出汗、胸闷烦躁、头昏心慌、失眠多梦或精神焦虑抑郁等一系列症候群，为患者的健康和生活带来了严重的影响。胡爱民教授是武汉市中医医院内分泌科主任，硕士生导师，从事内分泌疾病临床工作30余年，对女性更年期综合征的发病机制及治疗有非常深入的研究。胡教授认为更年期女性基于“七七”之年，肝肾不足，天癸竭，冲任亏虚，则气血不足，脏腑阴阳失调是更年期综合征形成的生理基础。胡爱民教授，运用当归六黄汤加减治疗更年期综合征，在临床上颇具奇效，现基于“肝肾–天癸–冲任–胞宫轴”理论及现代研究，探讨胡爱民教授运用当归六黄汤治疗更年期汗证的临床经验。
