潜意识的学校心理咨询“密码”——关于精神分析疗法的个案研究

The Subconscious “Code” for School Counselling—A Case Study on Psychoanalytic Therapy

摘要: 文章以心理动力学的咨询方法——精神分析疗法作为研究对象，以高中生学校心理咨询为研究个案，通过分析该疗法在心理咨询实践中的流程及预期效果，尝试对精神分析疗法在学校心理咨询中的特点、影响及存在不足进行反思总结，并在此基础之上进一步提出精神分析疗法符合于大部分现实中短周期、浅层次的学校心理咨询的可行性方案。文章以大学生心理学课题研究为观察视角，将研究范围定位于中学生心理健康咨询，为精神分析疗法在学校咨询中的合理运用归纳有效经验。

Abstract: The article takes psychodynamic counselling method, psychoanalytic therapy, as the research object, and takes school counselling for high school students as the research case. By analyzing the process and expected effects of this therapy in counselling practice, it attempts to reflect and summarize the characteristics, impacts and shortcomings of psychoanalytic therapy in school counselling, and on this basis, we further propose a feasible solution for psychoanalytic therapy to be compatible with short-period, superficial school psychological counselling in most realities. The article takes the study of university students’ psychology as an observational perspective, and sets the scope of the study at secondary school students’ mental health counselling, in order to summarize the effective experience of the rational use of psychoanalytic therapy in school counselling.
