刍议“独处藏奸”思想在《伤寒杂病论》中的运用初探

A Preliminary Study on the Application of the Idea of “Hidden Treachery in Solitary Places” in the Treatise on Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases

摘要: “独处藏奸”作为中医独具特色的辨证术语，为临床医者筛选四诊信息提供新思路，有效提高医者临床辨证施治。本文以“独”、“奸”为切入点，在哲学角度下阐释其理论应用，再结合张仲景《伤寒杂病论》，分别从四诊角度分析条文蕴含的“独处藏奸”中医辨证理念，以期启发中医学者对张仲景四诊关于“独处藏奸”更全面的认识，为临床辨证施治提供新思路，最后结合现代科学技术发展并展望，探索中国传统医学传承发展新思路。

Abstract: As a unique identification term in Chinese medicine, the term “alone in hiding” provides new ideas for clinical practitioners to filter the information of the four diagnoses and effectively improve their clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, we take “alone” and “treacherous” as the starting point, explain their theoretical application from a philosophical perspective, and then analyze the concept of “alone hiding treacherous” from the perspective of the four diagnoses in the context of Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases. “The aim is to inspire Chinese medicine scholars to have a more comprehensive understanding of Zhang Zhongjing’s four diagnoses on “solitary and hidden wickedness”, to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and finally to explore new ideas for the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional medicine in the light of modern scientific and technological development and outlook.
