基于《金匮要略》探讨针药并用辨治汗证的思路

Discussion on the Acupuncture Medication Combined in the Treatment of Sweating Disease Based on Synopsis of Golden Chamber

摘要: 汗证是指由于阴阳失调，皮肤腠理不固而引起汗出异常的疾病，临床上以多汗较为常见。《金匮要略》中根据出汗的不同部位和时间将汗证分为自汗、盗汗、黄汗和但头汗出等类型，基于《金匮要略》对汗证的相关论述，运用脉症合参、方证相应理论，探讨汗证针药并用辨治思路，以期为临床治疗汗证提供新的思路和参考。

Abstract: Sweating is a disease that causes abnormal sweating due to the imbalance of yin and yang and the inability of the body to be stable, and excessive sweating is more common in clinical practice. According to the Synopsis of Golden Chamber, sweating is classified into different types, such as spontaneous sweating, night sweating, yellow sweating and head sweating. Based on the discus-sion of sweating in the book, we used the theory of pulse manifestation-symptoms analysis and prescription-certificate correspondence to discuss the idea of treating sweating with acupuncture and medicine, in order to provide new ideas and references for clinical treatment of sweating.
