应用理性情绪疗法促进校园欺凌受害者心理康复——以一名高中女生的个案研究为例
Applying Rational Emotive Therapy to Promote the Psychological Recovery of School Bullying Victims—A Case Study of a High School Girl
摘要: 校园欺凌是一种严重威胁学生身心健康的现象,特别是受害者们可能无法有效地应对这种侵害行为,对受害者的心理和身体健康造成严重的影响,还可能引发极端行为,如自杀等,如何帮助校园欺凌受害者恢复心理健康成为了当前的研究热点。本研究是社会工作者基于个案研究的分析,探究理性情绪疗法在校园欺凌受害者心理康复中的应用效果。研究对象为一名曾遭受过校园欺凌的女高中生,社会工作者通过对该学生进行一系列的理性情绪疗法干预,观察其心理康复情况。研究结果显示,理性情绪疗法能够有效帮助校园欺凌受害者减轻负面情绪、提升积极情绪,改善自我形象和人际关系,促进心理健康的恢复,理性情绪疗法对于帮助受害者克服校园欺凌造成的心理创伤和提高自我保护能力有着积极的作用。
Abstract:
Campus bullying is a phenomenon that seriously threatens the physical and mental health of stu-dents, especially the victims may not be able to effectively deal with this violation, which has a serious impact on the psychological and physical health of the victims, and may also lead to extreme behaviors, such as suicide. How to help victims of campus bullying recover their mental health has become a current research hotspot. This study is based on the analysis of case studies by social workers to explore the application effect of rational emotive therapy in the psychological rehabilitation of victims of school bullying. The research object was a high school student who had been bullied on campus. Social workers conducted a series of rational-emotive therapy interventions on the student to observe his psychological recovery. The research results show that rational emotional therapy can effectively help victims of school bullying to reduce negative emotions, enhance positive emotions, improve self-image and interpersonal relationships, and promote the recovery of mental health. Rational emotional therapy has a positive effect on helping victims overcome the psychological trauma caused by school bullying and improving self-protection ability.
