济青高速改扩建成本效益分析

摘要: 本文以济青高速改扩建项目为例,利用模糊优化灰色预测模型对项目的成本进行预测分析,采用投入产出法以及经济效益的相关理论对济青高速改扩建的直接经济效益和就业效益进行了分析。分析结果表明,利用模糊优化灰色预测模型对济青高速改扩建进行成本预测是可行的,济青高速改扩建对经济的增长以及就业人数的增长都具有一定的促进作用。分析结果为济青高速改扩建的成本投入和效益分析提供了科学的依据。
Abstract: Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of Jinan Qingdao expressway as an example, this paper uses the fuzzy optimization grey prediction model to predict and analyze the cost of the project. The direct economic benefits and employment benefits of the reconstruction and expansion of Jinan-Qingdao expressway are analyzed by using the input-output method and the relevant theories of economic benefits. The analysis results show that it is feasible to use the fuzzy optimi-zation grey prediction model to predict the cost of the reconstruction and expansion of Jinan- Qingdao expressway. The reconstruction and expansion of Jinan-Qingdao expressway has a certain role in promoting economic growth and the growth of employment. The analysis results provide a scientific basis for the cost input and benefit analysis of the reconstruction and expansion of Jinan-Qingdao expressway.
