摘要: 距骨骨软骨损伤(OLT)是一种以踝关节慢性持续性疼痛为临床特征的疾病,这种疼痛随着负重和运动而加重。近年来,随着临床医学的发展,医学界对OLT的诊疗有了进一步的提高,其发病率和诊断率不断上升。笔者对中西医治疗OLT的临床研究进展及各自方法的优缺点进行了回顾和分析。
Abstract: Osteochondral injury of the talus (OLT) is a condition characterized by chronic and persistent pain in the ankle joint, which increases with weight bearing and exercise. With the development of med-icine in recent years, the understanding of OLT has been further improved and its incidence and diagnosis continue to increase. The author reviews and analyzes the clinical research progress of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of OLT and the advantages and disadvantages of their methods.
