MDT模式在肿瘤放射规培学员临床教学查房中的应用

The Application of MDT Model in Clinical Teaching Room of Radiation Oncology Trainees

摘要: 目的：观察多学科诊疗协作模式在肿瘤放射规培学员临床教学查房中培训效果。方法：选择2019.9~2022.9新疆医科大学第一附属医院放射肿瘤学规培基地43名参训人员，分为实验组和对照组，分别采用传统教学模式和MDT教学模式。出科时，进行理论知识、病例分析和靶区勾画考核，并进行满意度调查。结合两方面成绩评估教学效果。结果：实验组理论知识、病例分析和靶区勾画成绩分别为(87.69 ± 6.48)分、(86.44 ± 5.43)分、(92.06 ± 5.01)分高于对照组(83.55 ± 5.66)分、(81.52 ± 6.63)分、(81.03 ± 6.66)分，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。满意度调查显示实验组学生对临床教学查房总体满意度达95.2%，超过对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论：MDT教学模式在肿瘤放射临床教学查房中，能明显提高学生理论知识及临床技能，有利于提高教学效果和教学满意度。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the training effect of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment collaboration mode in the clinical teaching room of tumor radiation training trainees. Methods Forty-three participants of radiation oncology training base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical: University from 2019.9~2022.9 were selected and divided into experimental and control groups, using traditional teaching mode and MDT teaching mode, respectively. At the exit of the department, theoretical knowledge, case analysis and target area sketching were assessed, and satisfaction surveys were conducted. The teaching effect was evaluated by combining the results of both aspects. Results: The scores of theoretical knowledge, case analysis and target area sketching in the experimental group were (87.69 ± 6.48), (86.44 ± 5.43) and (92.06 ± 5.01) than those in the control group (83.55 ± 5.66), (81.52 ± 6.63) and (81.03 ± 6.66), respectively, with statistically significant differ-ences (P < 0.05). The satisfaction survey showed that the overall satisfaction of the students in the experimental group with the clinical teaching visit reached 95.2%, which exceeded that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: MDT teaching mode in tumor radiation clinical teaching check-up can significantly improve students’ theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, which is conducive to improving teaching effect and teaching satisfaction.
