ChatGPT背景下能力教育提升的逻辑思考与实践路径——以《企业经营对抗实训》课程教改为例

Logical Thinking and Practical Path of Competence Education Enhancement under ChatGPT—An Example of Teaching Reform of “Business Fight Training”

摘要: 以ChatGPT为代表的人工智能对劳动力市场产生巨大冲击，正潜移默化地重塑职业发展和传统教育体系。教育发展的逻辑转换迫在眉睫，亟需“知识教育–能力教育–创新教育”螺旋增维式跃迁。本文借助《企业经营对抗实训》课程教改契机，聚焦七个核心环节，以人工智能无法替代的人类独特智慧和情感能力为切入点，最大限度发挥人作为知识创造的主体作用，从团队建设、公众表达、战略眼光、创造思维、毅力专注、沟通技巧、批判质疑七个维度，深入探索人工智能影响下能力教育提升的方式方法与实践路径。本次教改尝试将为我国教育事业保持教育定力、守正创新、提质增效及高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence, represented by ChatGPT, has a huge impact on the labor market and is im-plicitly reshaping career development and the traditional education system. The logical transformation of education development is imminent, and the spiral of “knowledge education-competence education-innovation education” is urgently needed to make a dimensional leap. With the opportunity of teaching and reforming the course “Business Fight Training”, focusing on the seven core aspects, taking the unique human intelligence and emotional ability that cannot be replaced by artificial intelligence as the entry point, maximizing the role of human as the main body of knowledge creation, exploring the seven dimensions of team building, public expression, strategic vision, creative thinking, perseverance and concentration, communication skills, and critical questioning to improve the ability education under the influence of artificial intelligence. The aim is to explore the ways, methods and practical paths to enhance competency education under the influence of artificial intelligence. This educational reform attempt will provide a reference for China’s education in-dustry to maintain educational stability, keep the righteousness and innovation, improve quality and efficiency and high-quality development.
