人工智能时代下的中学教师角色危机和重塑——基于媒介场景理论视角

Secondary School Teachers’ Role Crisis and Reinvention in the Era of Artificial Intelligence—Based on the Perspective of Media Scene Theory

摘要: 随着科学技术的快速发展，人类已经进入了智能时代，人工智能的普及和发展冲击着各个领域，智能技术和教育的融合势不可挡，以“人机协同”为特点的教育会改变目前的课堂形式、教学方式等方面，而中学教师作为基础教育改革的主要动力也面临着以单向的知识传授者、可靠的信息所有者、忠实的教学评价者为主的教师角色危机，因此，本文基于梅罗维茨的媒介场景理论下的“新媒介–新场景–新行为”理论框架，分析造成中学教师角色危机主要成因表现在媒介技术的更新、教育场景的变迁、教育行为主体的转换，中学教师应对角色危机必须重新重塑自己的角色定位，转危为机，成为打造课程知识的建构者、人机协同教育的助推者、学生成长的陪伴者的角色形象。

Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, human beings have entered the age of intelligence, and the popularity and development of artificial intelligence has impacted on various fields, for example, the integration of intelligent technology and education is unstoppable. Therefore, based on the theoretical framework of “New Media-New Scene-New Behavior” under Meyrowitz’s Media Scene Theory, this paper analyzes the main causes of the role crisis of secondary school teachers, which are the one-way knowledge transmitter, reliable information owner, and faithful teaching evaluator. The main causes of the role crisis of secondary school teachers are the update of media technology, the change of educational scenes, and the transformation of educational actors, and secondary school teachers must reshape their roles to become the constructors of curriculum knowledge, the facilitators of human-computer collaborative education, and the companions of students’ growth.
