转体桥梁上下转盘预应力设计

摘要: 随着经济的发展越来越多的地方建设项目需要上跨铁路,根据中国国家铁路集团有限公司工电部《关于加强穿(跨)越铁路营业线和邻近营业线工程方案等审查和施工安全管理的通知》(工电桥房函48号)和《中国铁路成都集团有限公司涉铁工程管理办法》(成铁办[2021] 201号)等相关规定中均要求公路、城市轨道交通和道路上跨铁路桥梁施工应优先采用转体施工方案,上跨桥设计中除了需要关注转体系统的设计外还应特别注意的就是上下转盘的配筋设计,本文通过有限元软件对上下转盘的计算分析,得到了上下转盘预应力钢束的配置提升了结构抗裂性能和承载能力的相关结论。
Abstract: With the development of the economy, more and more local construction projects need to cross railways. According to the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Electricity of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. on Strengthening the Review and Construction Safety Management of Engineering Plans for Crossing (Crossing) Railway Business Lines and Adjacent Business Lines and Management Measures for Railway Related Projects of China Railway Chengdu Group Co., Ltd., it is required that the construction of bridges crossing railways on highways, urban rail transit, and roads should prioritize the use of swivel construction schemes. In addition to the design of the swivel system, special attention should also be paid to the reinforcement design of the bearing platform in the design of the overpass bridge. This article uses finite element software to calculate and analyze the pile cap, and concludes that the configuration of prestressed steel tendons in the pile cap improves the structural crack resistance and bearing capacity.
