The Application of Course Teaching Mode by Integrating Comparative Method and Case-Based Teaching—Taking the Engineering Bidding and Contract Management Course as an Example

摘要: 以工程招投标与合同管理课程为例，提出了在课堂教学中将比较法与案例法相融合的教学模式。通过比较法，使学生能够深入理解不同合同条款的异同之处；通过案例法，让学生充分了解招投标与合同管理的工作原理和工作程序。两者的融合，使学生能够理论联系实际，更全面更深入地掌握工程招投标与合同管理这门课程。通过相关的教学实践表明，这种课堂教学模式是一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract: Taking the course of engineering bidding and contract management as an example, the teaching mode of intergrating comparative method and case-based teaching in classroom teaching is pro-posed. By the comparative method, students can deeply understand the differences and similari-ties between different contract terms. By the case-based teaching, students can fully understand the principles and procedures of bidding and contract management. The integration of the two methods enables students to combine theory with practice and master the course of engineering bidding and contract management more comprehensively and deeply. The teaching practice shows that this teaching mode is an effective method.
