“头脑风暴”在《农产品贮运学》课程教学改革中的实践

摘要: 随着消费水平的提高,全国农产品产量急剧增加,但是在贮运过程中却面临着严重的损耗问题,同时也存在着贮运人才缺口的现象。因此,《农产品贮运学》这门学科课程被引入来教授农产品的贮藏与运输知识。然而,传统的记忆型课堂教学模式已经不能满足社会对贮运人才的需求。为了提高学生的主动参与和学习积极性,激发学习热情,提升课程的教学效果,该研究引入了“头脑风暴”的学习模式。这种学习模式通过预先设定主题、角色分工、资料搜集和汇报等步骤,进行集中无错式的讨论。最后,教师进行总结评价,学生提交心得体会。通过引入“头脑风暴”学习模式,可以有效提高学生的主动参与度和学习兴趣,激发学习热情,提高课程的教学效果,进而有助于培养更多的贮运人才。
Abstract: With the increasing consumption level, the yield of agricultural products in the country has sharply increased. However, the loss of agricultural products during the processes of storage and transportation is extremely serious, and there is a large shortage of personnel in this area. The discipline of “Agricultural Products Storage and Transportation” teaches the storage and transportation of agricultural products, but the traditional memory-based classroom teaching model can no longer meet the needs of society today. To address this issue, this study introduces a “brainstorming” learning model. This model involves pre-set topics, role division, data collection, and reporting, to carry out a concentrated and error-free discussion. Finally, the teacher summarizes the discussion, and the students submit an experience report. Introducing the “brainstorming” learning model in this course will help students to participate actively in the course, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning, improve the teaching effect of the course, and contribute to the training of storage and transportation talent.
