“一带一路”视域下西北经济发展的问题及对策探析

The Problems and Countermeasures of Economic Development in Northwest China under the Perspective of “Belt and Road Economy”

摘要: “一带一路”战略构想的确立，明确了西北地区经济发展的战略方针，成为西北地区经济发展的重要助推力。文章分析了西北地区在“一带一路”战略中的重要地位，“一带一路”视域下的西北地区经济发展所面临的问题及其原因、优势和机遇，探索性地提出了西北地区应与“丝绸之路经济带”沿线国家优势互补，构建自身完整的新兴产业体系，以能源合作为重点，推进企业“走出去”战略、鼓励创新型人才“引进来”、“留下去”的经济发展对策。

Abstract: The establishment of the strategic concept of “Belt and Road”, which clarifies the strategic policy of economic development in the northwest, has become an important driving force for the economic development of the northwest. The paper analyses the importance of the northwest region in the “Belt and Road” strategy, the problems faced by the economic development of the northwest region under the “Belt and Road” perspective, and their causes, advantages and opportunities, it is proposed that the northwest region should complement the advantages of the countries along the Silk Road economic belt, build its own integrated emerging industrial system, and focus on energy cooperation, promote the enterprise “going out” strategy, encourage innovative talents “bringing in”, “staying” economic development countermeasures.
