中职学生抑郁与网络成瘾、认知融合的相关性研究

摘要: 目的:探讨中职学生抑郁与网络成瘾、认知融合之间的相关性。方法:采用自编人口学资料量表、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale, SDS)、网络成瘾量表(Internet Addiction Test, IAT)和认知融合量表(Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire, CFQ),在四川省选取一所中职学校,对其中3个年级891名学生进行问卷调查。运用SPSS25.0软件进行独立样本t检验、方差分析、皮尔逊相关和多元线性回归分析。结果:不同性别、是否有留守经历、不同生源地、不同学习成绩、家庭情况、家庭经济水平中职学生在抑郁得分上差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05),有无抑郁症状青少年的网络成瘾总分及认知融合总分差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.001)。皮尔逊相关分析结果显示,抑郁与网络成瘾呈正相关(r = 0.38, P < 0.01),抑郁与认知融合呈正相关(r = 0.41, P < 0.01),且网络成瘾与认知融合之间也呈正相关(r = 0.35, P < 0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,网络成瘾与认知融合对抑郁有正向预测作用(P值均<0.05)。结论:网络成瘾及认知融合程度高是中职学生抑郁的危险因素,需格外关注。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the correlation between depression, Internet addiction and cognitive integration among secondary vocational students. Methods: Demographic Data Scale, Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Internet Addiction Test (IAT) and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ) were taken from a secondary vocational school in Sichuan Province, and 891 students from 3 grades were surveyed. SPSS25.0 software was used to conduct independent sample t test, variance analysis, Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: There were statistically significant differences in depression scores among secondary vocational students with different genders, left-behind experiences, different places of origin, different academic scores, family conditions and family economic levels (P < 0.05), and there were statistically significant differences in total scores of Internet addiction and cognitive integration among adolescents with or without depressive symptoms (P < 0.001). Pearson correlation analysis showed that depression was positively correlated with Internet addiction (r = 0.38, P < 0.01), depression was positively correlated with cognitive integration (r = 0.41, P < 0.01), and Internet addiction was also positively correlated with cognitive integration (r = 0.35, P < 0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that Internet addiction and cognitive integration had positive predictive effect on depression (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Internet addiction and high degree of cognitive integration are risk factors for depression in secondary vocational students, which should be paid more attention to.
