Abstract: The disciplinary power of preschool teachers in education has its particularity, and its relevant laws and regulations are not yet sound. There is a lack of research and laws related to punishment in early childhood education, and the legitimate educational behavior cannot be protected by law. In the information age, social media spreads widely and rapidly, and the public opinion environment for disciplinary rights has not been effectively protected. The rules on the disciplinary power of early childhood education should be refined, and relevant supervision mechanisms should be established to supervise the implementation of the disciplinary power of early childhood teachers and prevent abuse, regulate public opinion reporting on social media, and promote relevant legal knowledge.
