Analysis of the Contribution Rate and Influencing Factors of Scientific and Technological Progress in Jilin Province during the 13th Five Year Plan Period

摘要: 首先分析“十三五”时期吉林省科技进步发展水平情况，并进一步测算吉林省“十三五”时期科技进步速度，全面了解吉林省科技进步方面的优势和劣势，通过对兄弟省份科技进步水平进行分析，掌握吉林省在“十三五”时期科技进步的差距所在。其次应用索洛余值法和引入无形资本变量的方法对吉林省在“十三五”时期的科技进步贡献率进行测算。并计算科技进步对经济增长的贡献额。再次，应用DEA-Malquist和灰色关联分析法找到影响吉林省科技进步发展水平的相关因素，最终研究科技进步对吉林省经济发展的影响程度情况。

Abstract: Firstly, analyze the development level of scientific and technological progress in Jilin Province dur-ing the 13th Five Year Plan period, and further calculate the speed of scientific and technological progress in Jilin Province during the 13th Five Year Plan period, comprehensively understand the advantages and disadvantages of scientific and technological progress in Jilin Province. By analyzing the level of scientific and technological progress in sister provinces, grasp the gaps in scientific and technological progress in Jilin Province during the 13th Five Year Plan period. Secondly, the Solow residual method and the introduction of intangible capital variables were used to calculate the con-tribution rate of scientific and technological progress in Jilin Province during the 13th Five Year Plan period. And calculate the contribution of technological progress to economic growth. Once again, apply DEA Malquist and grey correlation analysis to identify the relevant factors that affect the development level of scientific and technological progress in Jilin Province, and ultimately study the degree of impact of scientific and technological progress on the economic development of Jilin Province.
