自媒体时代大学生心理健康教育教育路径探究

摘要: 自媒体的蓬勃发展,为高校进一步完善大学生心理健康教育带来了前所未有的发展机遇,但也带来了冲击大学生心理健康教育模式、增加大学生出现心理危机的可能性,给大学生心理造成一定的冲击等。为此,自媒体时代高校必须充分重视各类自媒体,扬长避短,采取充实心理健康课堂教育内容,创新心理健康教育形式、加强师资培训、创建心理健康朋辈教育新模式等策略提升大学生心理健康教育工作的水平与质量,开创高校思想政治教育工作的新局面。
Abstract: The vigorous development of self-media has brought unprecedented development opportunities for colleges and universities to further improve the mental health education of college students, but it has also brought about an impact on the mental health education model of college students, increased the possibility of psychological crisis among college students, and caused a certain impact on the psychology of college students. To this end, colleges and universities in the era of self-media must pay full attention to all kinds of self-media, give full play to their strengths and avoid their weaknesses, adopt strategies such as enriching the content of mental health classroom education, innovating mental health education forms, strengthening teacher training, and creating a new model of mental health peer education to improve the level and quality of college students’ mental health education work, and create a new situation in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
