从财务角度加强高校后勤精细化管理

Strengthening the Refined Management of Logistics in Universities from a Financial Perspective

摘要: 高校后勤为高校各项工作的正常运转提供日常保障，是高校的一个重要部门。高校后勤业务量大、职工人数多、资金使用量大，其管理难度强。本文从高校财务管理角度出发，分析后勤管理存在的问题，并提出对应的解决措施及建议，加强高校后勤管理，从而提高其日常服务质量，同时为高校节约成本。

Abstract: University logistics provides the daily support for the normal operation of various tasks in universities, which is an important department of universities. The management of university logistics is difficult due to the large business volume, the large number of employees, and the large amount of funds used. In this study, the problems in logistics management are analyzed from the perspective of financial management in universities. The corresponding solutions and suggestions are proposed to strengthen logistics management in universities, thereby improving the quality of daily services and saving costs for universities.
