摘要: 目的:针刺治疗肿瘤患者化疗后的不良反应在临床上得到广泛应用,但对其治疗效果存在争议。本研究就针刺治疗肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制、免疫功能下降的疗效进行系统性评价。方法:计算机检索知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(WanFang)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、Pubmed、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Libraray数据库从2010年至2023年2月9日发表的针刺技术治疗肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制、免疫功能下降的随机对照试验,由通讯作者与第一作者分别独立筛选文献、提取数据,使用Revman5.4中Cochrane手册中偏倚风险评估工具对文献质量进行评价,采用Revman5.4软件对不良反应的结局指标进行Meta分析。结果:本研究共纳入34篇随机对照文献,共计2975例患者。结论:针刺在治疗化疗后骨髓抑制、免疫功能下降方面效果较为明显。综合分析,针刺对化疗后骨髓抑制、免疫功能下降的治疗具有显著性效果,但仍需更多高质量、大样本的随机对照研究加以验证。
Abstract: Objective: Acupuncture has been widely used in treating adverse reactions of cancer patients after chemotherapy, but its therapeutic effect is controversial. This study systematically evaluated the curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of bone marrow suppression and decreased immune function after chemotherapy in cancer patients. Methods: A computer search was performed on 7 databases (CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, and Web of Science) of ran-domized controlled trials of adverse reactions in bone marrow suppression and decreased immune function after chemotherapy in patients with cancer treated with acupuncture, published between 2010 and February 9, 2023. The correspondent author and the first author independently screened the literature and extracted the data. The literature quality was evaluated by using the bias risk assessment tool in Cochrane Manual in Revman5.4, and the outcome indicators of adverse reactions were Meta analyzed by using Revman5.4 software. Results: A total of 34 randomized controlled lit-eratures involving 2975 patients were included in this study. Conclusion: Acupuncture has obvious effects on bone marrow suppression and immune function decline after treatment. Comprehensive analysis shows that acupuncture has a significant effect on the treatment of in bone marrow suppression and decreased immune function after chemotherapy, but more high-quality and large-sample randomized controlled studies are needed to verify it.
