浅析头痛的中医辨证论治

摘要: 头痛为临床常见症、多发症，病因相对复杂，西药治疗往往周期性长、停药后有戒断反应，效果不尽人意。中医应用六经辨证论治、病因辨证施治，疗效较好。本文基于六经辨证、病因辨证论治头痛进行总结，探讨头痛的诊治规律，以期指导临床。
Abstract: Headache is a common and frequent clinical condition with a relatively complex etiology, and the treatment with Western medicine is often long in periodicity, with withdrawal reactions after stopping the medicine and unsatisfactory. Western medicine treatment often has long cycles and withdrawal reactions after discontinuation, and the results are not satisfactory. Chinese medicine treatment based on the six meridians and the etiology of the disease is more effective. This paper summarizes the treatment of headaches based on the six meridians and etiology, and discusses the rules of diagnosis and treatment of headaches, with a view to guiding clinical prac-tice.
