基于《金匮要略》对针灸治疗虚劳病方法思考

摘要: 本文基于对《金匮要略•血痹虚劳病脉证并治》中虚劳病的共同病因病机——五脏气血阴阳亏虚，确立调补五脏，调和阴阳的针灸治疗思路，以金匮要略虚劳病篇的理论指导针灸对虚劳病进行辨证论治，探究针灸治疗虚劳病的选穴规律，发挥针灸在治疗虚劳病中的优势，丰富临床治疗手段，提高虚劳病的治疗效果。
Abstract: This article is based on the common etiology and pathogenesis of fatigue diseases in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber. It establishes the acupuncture treatment approach of tonifying the five or-gans and harmonizing yin and yang, which are the deficiencies of qi, blood, yin, and yang in the five organs. With the theoretical guidance of the chapter on deficiency and fatigue diseases in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, this article aims to explore the regularities of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment of fatigue diseases, leverage the advantages of acupuncture in treating fatigue diseases, enrich clinical treatment methods, and improve the treatment effectiveness of fatigue diseases.
