表达性艺术治疗在中职生心理健康教育中的应用探究
The Application of Expressive Art Therapy in Mental Health Education of Secondary Vocational Students
摘要: 为应对中职生日益增长的心理辅导需求,中职学校也开始探索和丰富心理健康教育的形式。本文通过分析表达性艺术治疗的内涵、特点、及在中职心理健康教育中的应用优势和现状,凸显出表达性艺术治疗的非语言性沟通,安全表达环境等特点,为中职心理健康教育带来了新的可能。在中职心理健康教育整合运用不同的表达性艺术治疗方法,如舞动治疗、戏剧治疗、美术治疗、音乐治疗等,发挥表达性艺术治疗最大的优势,有助于满足中职生个性化心理健康需求,从而提升中职生心理健康教育整体水平。
Abstract:
In order to cope with the increasing demand for psychological counseling of secondary vocational students, secondary vocational schools have begun to explore and enrich the forms of mental health education. By analyzing the connotation, characteristics, application advantages and current situation of expressive art therapy in secondary vocational mental health education, this paper high-lights the characteristics of nonverbal communication and safe expression environment of expressive art therapy, which brings new possibilities for secondary vocational mental health education. The integration of different expressive art therapy methods, such as dancing therapy, drama ther-apy, art therapy, music therapy, etc. in the mental health education of secondary vocational schools gives full play to the greatest advantages of expressive art therapy, which helps to meet the personalized mental health needs of secondary vocational students, so as to improve the overall level of mental health education of secondary vocational students.
