提高中学生英语学习自我效能感的策略
Strategies to Improve Middle School Students’ Self-Efficacy in English Learning
摘要: 自我效能感是个体在执行某一行为操作之前,对自己能够在什么水平上完成该行为活动所具有的信念、判断或主体自我把握与感受。自我效能感在中学生的英语学习中扮演着重要的角色,其影响因素包括掌握性经验、代替性经验、目标设定、归因方式、评价方式等。基于以上影响因素,本文提出以下策略:创设情境,让学生体会成功;榜样示范,促学生正向比较;目标设定,助学生达成任务;归因训练,帮学生积极归因;多元评价,促学生健康发展等。本文旨在为中学生英语学习自我效能感的提高提供一定的思路与方法。
Abstract:
Self-efficacy refers to the belief, judgment or subjective self-confidence and feeling that an individu-al has before performing a certain behavior on what level he can complete the activity. Self-efficacy plays an important role in middle school students’ English learning, and its influencing factors include performance accomplishments, vicarious experience, goal setting, attribution style and evaluation method. Based on the above factors, this paper puts forward the following strategies: Situation creation, let students experience success; example demonstration, promote students to compare positively, goal setting, help students to achieve tasks; attributional styletraining, help students to attribute optimistically; multiple evaluation, promote students to improve healthily. This paper aims to provide some ideas and methods for the improvement of middle school students’ sense of self-efficacy in English learning.
