乡村振兴背景下安徽省农村电子商务发展研究

Research on the Development of Rural E-Commerce in Anhui Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization

摘要: 农村电子商务不断成为转变农业发展方式的重要手段，也成为政府实施乡村振兴的重要载体。农村电子商务的发展，将推动安徽农业发展方式转变，带动现代农业和特色农业的发展；促进农产品供需市场对接，完善农村市场化能力；提高农村就业消纳能力，增加农民收入；推动完善农村基础设施，挖掘农村发展潜力。同时，安徽省农村电子商务存在着诸如电商基础设施落后、电商产业体系不完善、电商专业人才缺少等阻碍农村电商发展的现实问题。基于目前存在的问题，提出了有助于促进乡村振兴背景下安徽省农村电子商务发展的对策建议。

Abstract: Rural e-commerce has continuously become an important means of changing the mode of agricultural development, and has also become an important carrier for the government to implement rural revitalization. The development of rural e-commerce will promote the transformation of Anhui’s agricultural development mode, drive the development of modern agriculture and characteristic agriculture; promote the connection between the supply and demand markets of agricultural products, and improve the ability of rural marketization; improve the ability of rural employment and consumption, increase farmers’ income; promote the improvement of rural infrastructure facilities to tap the potential of rural development. At the same time, rural e-commerce in Anhui Province has practical problems that hinder the development of rural e-commerce, such as backward e-commerce infrastructure, imperfect e-commerce industry system, and lack of e-commerce professionals. Based on the existing problems, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help promote the development of rural e-commerce in Anhui Province under the background of rural revitalization.
