基于三方演化博弈的零售企业数字化转型行为分析

Digital Transformation Behavior Analysis of Retail Enterprises Based on Three-Way Evolution Game

摘要: 中国零售业的转型升级取得了明显进展，但数字化程度低的问题仍然突出。因此，本研究构建了政府、技术提供商和零售企业的三方演化博弈模型，并分析了每个博弈主体的战略选择和系统均衡点的稳定性。此外，通过数值模拟验证和分析了模型的有效性以及各种因素对系统的影响。研究结果表明：企业是否进行全面的数字化转型取决于数字化转型策略的收益；收益越大，企业就越积极。普惠金融、低成本融资对三方博弈主体政府、企业、技术提供商都起到了积极的作用，随着金融机构批准贷款概率的提高，可以有效促进企业数字化转型。上级政府采取高奖励、高处罚的方式，可以有效鼓励地方政府积极推进数字化转型。

Abstract: The transformation and upgrading of China’s retail industry has made significant progress, but the problem of low degree of digitalization is still prominent. Therefore, this study constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model of government, technology provider and retail enterprise, and analyzes the strategic choice and stability of the system equilibrium point of each game subject. In addition, the effectiveness of the model and the influence of various factors on the system are verified and analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that whether enterprises carry out comprehensive digital transformation depends on the benefits of digital transformation strategy. The greater the revenue, the more aggressive the business. Inclusive finance and low-cost financing have played a positive role in the government, enterprises and technology providers of the three-party game, and can effectively promote the digital transformation of en-terprises with the increase of loan probability. High-level governments can effectively encourage local governments to actively promote digital transformation.
