类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变的研究进展

摘要: 肺损伤是类风湿关节炎(RA)最常见的关节外表现之一，而肺间质病变(ILD)是类风湿关节炎肺损伤的最常见甚至首发症状，其病因及发病机制尚不明确，本文阐述了目前国内外对类风湿关节炎合并肺间质病变(RA-ILD)的流行病学、病因及发病机制、病理改变、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断及治疗等多方面的研究状况，旨在为RA-ILD病变提供早期诊断及早期治疗的依据，提高患者生存质量，改善患者预后。
Abstract: Lung injury is one of the most common extra-articular manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), while lung interstitial disease (ILD) is the most common and even the first symptom of RA lung in-jury. The etiology and pathogenesis of ILD are still unclear. This article reviewed the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, pathological changes, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examination, diagno-sis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with lung interstitial disease (RA-ILD), aim-ing to provide the basis for early diagnosis and treatment of RA-ILD, improve the quality of life of patients and improve the prognosis of patients.
