肿瘤科护士安宁疗护认知行为的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Cognitive Behavior of Hospice Care for Oncology Nurses

摘要: 目的：为了解贵阳市某三甲医院肿瘤科护理人员对于安宁疗护的认知程度及临床工作中患者终末期的相应护理措施，为后续安宁疗护的开展提供依据参考。方法：对肿瘤科10名护理人员进行一对一访谈，内容就安宁疗护的看法、终末期患者护理等展开，采用Colaizzi资料分析法对资料进行整理、分析并提炼主题。结果：提炼出5个主题：护理人力资源相对匮乏，缺乏安宁疗护培训，死亡教育较为困难，护理人员情绪的淡然，肯定安宁疗护的作用。结论：肿瘤科护理人员安宁疗护认知程度相对浅显，相应内容掌握水平较低，不能满足现有临床安宁疗护的需求，希望后续完善安宁疗护知识培训，健全相应机制，提高肿瘤科护理人员安宁疗护水平，提升终末期患者生命质量。

Abstract: Objective: In order to understand the cognition degree of nursing staff in oncology department of a grade III hospital in Guiyang city about hospice care and the corresponding nursing measures for patients in the end stage of clinical work, and to provide reference for the development of hospice care in the future. Method: A one-on-one interview was conducted with 10 nursing staff in the oncology department, focusing on their views on hospice care and end-stage patient care. The data were organized and analyzed using the Colaizzi data analysis method, and themes were extracted. Result: Five themes were extracted: relative scarcity of nursing human resources, lack of training in palliative care, difficulty in death education, indifferent emotions among nursing staff, and hope for the gradual development of palliative care. Conclusion: The cognitive level of hospice care of nurses in on-cology department is relatively simple, and the corresponding content mastery level is low, which can not meet the needs of existing clinical hospice care. We hope to improve the training of hospice care knowledge and improve the corresponding mechanism. Improve the hospice care level of on-cology nurses and improve the quality of life of end-stage patients.
