CDIO带教模式在消化内科实习生教学中的应用
The Application of CDIO Concept Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Gastroenterology Interns
摘要: 目的:观察CDIO理念带教模式在消化内科实习生教学中的应用。方法:将选取2018年1月~2019年5月在我科室实习生作为观察对象,依据数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予老式带教模式开展带教计划,观察组给予CDIO带教模式开展带教计划,对两组理论考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩进行比较。结果:观察组基础护理知识、专业护理知识等理论考核成绩,基础护理操作等实践操作考核成绩及带教满意度均明显高于对照组(P < 0.05);观察组评估护士核心能力专业、临床、人文等指标较对照组相比均有明显提升(P < 0.05)。结论:消化内科在应用CDIO理念带教模式有利于提高实习生综合水平和操作能力,提高教学质量,显著提高护士的核心竞争力,值得借用以及采用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the application of CDIO concept teaching mode in the teaching of digestive interns. Methods: The interns in our department from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the observation objects. According to the digital table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given the old-fashioned teaching mode to carry out the teaching plan, and the observation group was given the CDIO teaching mode to carry out the teaching plan. The theoretical examination results and practical operation examination results of the two groups were compared. Results: The results of basic nursing knowledge, professional nursing knowledge, basic nursing operation and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05): Compared with the control group, the evaluation indexes of nurse core competence, such as professional, clinical and humanistic, in the observation group were significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of CDIO teaching mode in digestive medicine is beneficial to improve the comprehensive level and operation ability of interns, improve the teaching quality, and significantly improve the core competitiveness of nurses.
