中医治疗腰臀肌筋膜炎的临床进展
Clinical Progress in the Treatment of Lumbar Gluteal Fasciitis with Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要: 腰臀肌筋膜炎(LGF)是一种常见的劳损型疾病，它是由于腰部和臀部肌肉周围的筋膜受到炎症刺激而引起的。这种疾病常常会给患者带来剧烈的疼痛和不适，影响到他们的正常生活和工作。中医作为一种综合性的医学体系，秉持着“祛风活络、通经止痛”的治疗理念，在治疗LGF方面具有独特的优势和临床应用价值，目前使用较为广泛的治疗方法有针灸治疗法、针刀治疗法、推拿、拔罐、中药外治法等。本文从中医对LGF的临床治疗方法进行综述，以期对LGF的进一步研究和治疗提供参考。
Abstract: Lumbar Gluteal Fasciitis (LGF) is a common strain disease, which is caused by inflammatory sti-mulation of the fascia surrounding the lumbar and gluteal muscles. This disease often causes se-vere pain and discomfort to patients, affecting their normal life and work. As a comprehensive medical system, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) adheres to the treatment concept of “dispel-ling wind and activating collaterality, clearing meridians and relieving pain”, and has unique ad-vantages and clinical application value in the treatment of LGF. At present, the widely used treatment methods include acupuncture therapy, acupotomology therapy, massage, cupping therapy, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, etc. This article reviews the clinical treatment methods of LGF from traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide reference for further research and treatment of LGF.
