健康人力资本与绿色经济发展耦合协调研究

Research on the Coordination of Health and Human Capital and Green Economic Development Coupling

摘要: 本文采用2012~2021年全国31个省份的省际数据构建健康人力资本与绿色经济发展指标体系。首先，基于熵值–加权综合评价模型对健康人力资本和绿色经济发展进行综合评价，并从时间和空间两个维度分析全国31个省份的健康人力资本水平和绿色经济发展水平；其次，通过耦合协调性分析探究健康人力资本和绿色经济发展水平的耦合度；最后，基于上述分析，提出针对性的对策建议。

Abstract: This article uses the provincial data of 31 provinces across the country from 2012 to 2021 to build a healthy manpower capital and green economic development index system. First of all, based on entropy-weighted comprehensive evaluation model, we comprehensively evaluated the development of healthy human capital and the development of green economy, and analyzed the level of healthy human capital and green economic development in 31 provinces in the country from time and space. Secondly, through coupling coordination analysis, we explored the coupling degree between healthy human capital and the development level of green economy; finally, based on the above analysis, targeted countermeasures are proposed.
