调神通络针治疗缺血性脑卒中后肌张力障碍一则

A Case Treated by Tiao Shen Tong Luo Fa of Dystonia after Ischemic Stroke

摘要: 近年，脑卒中的发病率越来越高，成为世界三大疾病之一，而脑卒中后肌张力障碍是脑卒中后出现率较高的疾病，因其危害性大、治疗难度大的特点，给患者的生活带来极大痛苦。目前西医缺乏有效的治疗方法而中医针刺是治疗脑卒中后肌张力障碍的有效手段。调神通络针刺法是依据“气血逆乱于上，或脑络瘀滞，或血溢于脑，致气滞血瘀，脑络瘀阻，神明不调而致中风”的理论，采用头针与体针相结合治疗中风病的针灸方法。临床治疗中，笔者发现在调神通络理论指导下，针刺治疗该疾病疗效确切，现报道一则调神通络针治疗缺血性脑卒中后肌张力障碍案。

Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of stroke has become higher and higher, becoming one of the three major diseases in the world. Dystonia after ischemic stroke is a disease with a high incidence after stroke. Because of its harmfulness and difficult treatment, it brings great pain to the lives of patients. At present, Western medicine lacks effective treatment methods, and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture is an effective means of dystonia after ischemic stroke. Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture method is based on the theory of “Qi and blood reverse disorder on the top, or brain collaterals stasis, or blood overflow in the brain, causing qi stagnation and blood stasis, brain collaterals stasis, god is not adjusted and caused by stroke”, the combination of head acupuncture and body acupuncture method to treat stroke. In clinical treatment, the author found that under the guidance of the theory of Tiao Shen Tong Luo Fa, acupuncture is effective in treating the disease. Now it is reported that A case treated by Tiao Shen Tong Luo Fa of dystonia after ischemic stroke.
