子痫1例的治疗体会并文献复习

Treatment Experience of 1 Case of Eclampsia and Literature Review

摘要: 子痫是妊娠期出现的抽搐发作的严重疾病，是妊娠期高血压疾病最严重的阶段，是产科四大死亡原因之一。子痫抽搐进展迅速，一旦发生，母儿并发症及死亡率明显增加，故应特别重视，紧急处理。本院近期收治高血压抽搐诊断为子痫1例，现就本病例相关诊治措施及相关文献复习展开论述。

Abstract: Eclampsia is a serious disease of convulsions in pregnancy, the most serious stage of hypertensive disease in pregnancy, and one of the four major causes of death in obstetrics. Eclampsia convulsions progress rapidly, once the occurrence, maternal and infant complications and mortality increase significantly, so special attention should be paid to urgent treatment. 1 case of hypertensive convul-sion diagnosed as eclampsia was admitted to our hospital recently. The relevant diagnosis and treatment measures and related literature review of this case are discussed.
